One night,under the open sky.

As I sit under the twinkling stars,

With my arms folded,

The gentle breeze blows and I look up at the sky,

With infinite thoughts pouring into my mind.

The moon, hiding behind the clouds;smiles at me

And suddenly the shape of the moon changes,

Slowly and slowly into a blurred figure of a young man, riding his horse.

I sit there dumbstruck. Unable to figure out what was happening.

With every advancing step,he swallows a thousand stars,

As he nears,he brings with him the brightness and light of a zillion stars.

He comes,

Nearer and nearer… with the sharp light piercing  into my eyes.

My eyes feel numb.

Everything turns white, then red..then blue, green..pink…and what not

Then;

I open my eyes, as I lay on the green grass of the yard.

With the golden sunrays beautifying the scenery.

I try to identify the horseback rider of my dream.

‘Dawn’, I whisper to myself.

  1. Hey
Thank you for taking the time to step on over to Love Relaished Ink. It’s wonderful to have your whimsical soul as a new companion on my long and winding road.
From what I have seen of your blog so far, I’ve no doubt you are already finding writing a totally engaging and personally fulfilling experience. I hope the pleasurable company of words will always flow and follow you as you flow following the flow of your flowing path flowing into the wide blue yonder, and flow onwards towards the adventures that follow the flow beyond that…
Best wishes. Take care always in all ways for always.
    Namaste
